    • Incorrect or not as described.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Perishable items that have exceeded their expiration date.

3. Return Process

  • Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging to the address provided by our team.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If a replacement is preferred over a refund, we will ship a new product once the return is received and approved.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
